Opening in mid September with the team behind Bentley, Monopole and Yellow, Cirrrus will be as seafood restaurant and bar with a focus on sustainable produce. Situated in the new Barangaroo development Cirrus will be housed in the same site as the Noma Australia pop up. The restaurant and bar will seat 120 guests and feature a sleek and contemporary interior.
Cirrus will aim to be one of Australia’s leading seafood restaurants with an emphasis on great produce, brilliant service and an award winning wine list. It will be an exciting and busy place to work.
